Improving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Classroom

Participants will take part in an asynchronous, online community of practice focused on improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom. Participants will view the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) video series focused on instructional/pedagogical techniques, and will reflect on and share their experiences applying these strategies and techniques in their own classrooms with each other through a series of discussion forums.

Earning Criteria

Participants will view 9 videos in the NISOD series and participate in online discussion forums for each video, posting a minimum of twice per forum. The pace will be roughly one video and discussion per week.
