Earners of this badge have an understanding of using eDOCS DM in the following interfaces: Windows Explorer DM Extension, Microsoft Outlook DM Extension, DM Webtop, and DM InfoCenter; earners are able to add new documents, add versions and sub-versions of existing documents, search for documents, create folders and Workspaces, work offline using Attaché, and set profile defaults.
