The badge is awarded to Global Technical Support team members who complete the Qfiniti Onboarding learn path. Earners gain an overview of the Qfiniti Product Suite as well as a deeper understanding of each primary component of the software. They learn about all the major components of the application and the architecture and usage for each component. Upon completion, earners have enough knowledge of the product to begin providing support to our clients using the application.
