Reading about diversifying your talent pipeline is not the same as actively assessing and reworking access to new talent. Our approach is hands-on, asking learners to dive into their data, identify the unspoken filters defining “fit”, and examine the barriers to create a pipeline of candidates from multiple talent pools. From there, learners strategically edit a new process and pilot it to refine and adjust.

Earning Criteria

Learners complete a self-paced asynchronous course with over 15 units to assess their talent pipeline, list potential adjustments, plan a pilot to test the changes, and then run a pilot. Through the course they learn about bias in their talent pipeline, how to adjust job descriptions and interview processes as well as how to run a hiring adjustment pilot and assess the results.
