Inclusive Skills are key to creating a inclusive workplace. Whether leaders or individual contributors, the application of inclusive skillsets by employees creates a sense of psychological safety and ultimately engagement and belonging. This multi-workshop program includes pre-, inter-, and post-session asynchronous learning, two to three synchronous workshops, as well as accountability partner meetings to encourage peer learning and engagement.

Workshops - Unconscious Bias, The Reframe: a deep dive into the behavioral psychology of unconscious bias, defining the many different types of biases and how they result in poor decision-making. By anticipating reactions in the moment and preparing for the resistance, team members are prepared to successfully manage the inevitable conflict that occurs in the workplace.
Learners practice applying their inclusion skills after each workshop session, and meet with their accountability partner for peer learning and to share their experiences applying their new skills.
