Orange Grove's Women in Leadership program helps transform organizations into more diverse and engaging workplaces. Participants emerge from this program with a clearer vision of career success, a personalized go-forward plan and a new set of advanced leadership skills to help them increase their impact on the organization. This multi-workshop program includes pre-, inter-, and post-workshop asynchronous work and accountability partner meetings.

Earning Criteria

This program consists of synchronous workshops presented on-site or through virtual meetings. The multi-session program uniquely addresses the underlying assumptions of what it means to be a high potential woman. The program is comprised of a minimum of four workshop sessions, such as: Reframing Gender Bias; Reframing Confidence; Assertive Communication and Executive Presence; Self Promotion/Promoting Your Value; Strategic Thinking.
Learners practice applying their inclusive leadership skills after each workshop session, and meet with their accountability partner for peer learning and to share their experiences applying their new skills.
