Earners of this Specialty Certification will be able to help distributed or centralized teams improve the efficiency of their incident response by leveraging PagerDuty’s end-to-end automation, from event ingestion through to resolution.

Required. Achieve a passing grade of at 75% on the exam.
We highly recommend completing our on-demand AIOps Knowledge Series (comprised of four courses) to prepare for the exam. OR at least 6 months of hands-on experience using PagerDuty's AIOps capabilities.
