Complete the locality-required Notary Training (i.e., AF Paralegal Apprentice Course (PAC), State Notary Certification, or equivalent)
Review the Professional Responsibilities and Rules via JAG's FLITE website (NOTE: FLITE is CAC enabled)
Complete an essay describing notary governance and notarial act restrictions
Perform Notarial Acts
Complete the Civil Law: Notary Specialist rubric
The Earner's supervisor will review the rubric and recommend the Earner for award of the badge
