Earning Criteria

Pass three month Air Force Paralegal Apprentice Course or equivalent; and Pass Air Force Paralegal Craftsman Course or equivalent; and Complete six years of on the job training in any Legal Office; and Earned the Specialist Badge & Manager Badge; and Served at least five years in Military Justice , with at least two as NCOIC; and Worked a minimum of 20 discovery requests

Provide an essay outlining and including an explanation of at least 20 summaries of discovery responses and/or discovery requests, type of offense(s), outside agency coordination (if applicable), a description of the type of evidence, the information solicited to fulfill the response/request, and a description of the discovery or evidence tracking tool utilized. *Do not discuss ongoing cases, specific individual names or any controlled unclassified information and;

Provide an essay outlining evidence strategy, preparing evidence for trial, and management of the discovery program IAW the Federal or Military Rules of Evidence.
