Complete the following SkillPort courses: Active Listening in the Workplace (33 mins); Becoming a Great Listener (24 mins); Interacting with Customers (30 mins); note, SkillPort is CAC enabled
Provide a self-reflection regarding key takeaways from the courses with workplace applications
Provide four examples of written documentation that demonstrate the ability to craft a product in accordance with appropriate Air Force Instructions

Present legal briefings (e.g., First Term Airmen Center, pre-deployment, statement of duty, newcomer briefings, etc.)
Complete the Paralegal: Communication Specialist rubric
The Earner's supervisor will review the rubric and recommend the Earner for award of the badge
