3.8. Although paralegals and nonlawyer assistants are not licensed attorneys subject to state licensing authorities, all Air Force legal professionals are responsible for knowing and conducting themselves in a manner consistent with the applicable rules and standards that govern the Air Force practice of the attorneys they assist.
