Earning Criteria

Completed a week long training event, including Human Factoring Records, and training facilitation learning. This hands on portion teaches how to coach and facilitate application of the concepts, tools, techniques, and learning outcomes to real life situations in both classroom and non-classroom environments.
Trainer Candidates work with the PathWise Master Facilitator on training content, knowledge and training delivery. Trainer Candidates will complete an assessment of key learning objectives, and receive one on one coaching.
