By the end of Business English Skills B2+, candidates will demonstrate proficiency in English at 67-76 on the Global Scale of English (GSE) (CEFR B2+) This includes the ability to present a counterargument to an opinion offered during a negotiation, present a negotiating proposal in detail, highlight key information during a teleconference, explain in detail the differences between two interpretations of the same work-related problem, make a detailed, formal, evidence-based complaint.
