Pearson's Certified Virtual Master Trainers have completed 19 hours of course work and have demonstrated that they have the skills needed to facilitate effective, outcomes-driven training for adult learners. They can create a motivating learning atmosphere in a face to face or online environment, confidently communicate with participants, apply a variety of active learning and assessment techniques, provide synchronous and asynchronous feedback, and adjust instruction as needed.
