Recipients of the Pearson Mastering Leadership Workshop Participant badge attended a workshop where they studied team‐based learning as an active learning strategy that enhances student learning, understanding, and retention of content while building interpersonal skills. The earner also learned methods to train students to be responsible for their own learning and has studied how team‐based learning and mastering can be used in any discipline to create an energizing classroom environment.
