Participants who have attended the iPLS Classroom Management Training have reflected on their current approach to classroom management and apply new practices as needed, negotiated an agreed set of effective iPLS classroom expectations and rules, implemented strategies for an iPLS classroom environment, implemented proactive strategies that promote iPLS learning behaviours and learned how to address inappropriate behaviour.
