Learners have gained skills and knowledge aligned to a nationally recognised Level 2 BTEC Workskills qualification to prepare them for employment. Training topics included: a) developing skills, knowledge and behaviours of employability to access the job market b) greater understanding of the skills and behaviours valued by employers and in demand in the workplace c) embracing the 21st century workplace, building a career plan d) developing self-awareness e) learning how to continually upskill.
