Earners of this badge are former Pearson Apprentice Ambassadors that have completed their term of office. As Ambassadors, they were strong advocates of Pearson employee Apprenticeships and were keen to share their knowledge and experiences with others and work as role models for other apprentices and line managers. These individuals were instrumental in the successful implementation of the Pearson employee Apprenticeship programme.
