Successfully pass end point assessment which contains a knowledge test, structured competency based interview, assessment of portfolio, assessment of work-based project, and a professional discussion
An earner is now able to become a member of one or both of the organizations below:
Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
Institute of Leadership & Management
Those with 3 years’ of management experience can apply for Chartered Manager status through the CMI
