Earners of the badge have actively participated in the Pearson BTEC Learner insight team following their successful application. The badge is awarded to those who have been involved in two research sessions per month for a minimum time period of six months. The team consists of up to 30 people all of whom are currently studying a BTEC qualification. The earner has voiced their ideas and opinions in discussions, surveys, quick polls and positively interacted with others on the panel.
