Level 2 Supply Chain Operator (Traffic Office)
Earners of this badge have demonstrated competence as a Supply Chain Operator (Traffic Office) based on the occupational standard published by IFATE. This includes applied knowledge of relevant and current regulations and legislation, as well as an understanding of appropriate vehicles and equipment types. Skills and behaviours demonstrated include being able to follow instructions for maintaining equipment and machinery, along with being able to use Transport Management Systems (TMS).

Successfully met the requirements of the Supply Chain Operator (Traffic Office) End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as the registered EPAO. The End-point assessment consists of an Observation of Practice, and a Multiple Choice Test.

Completed a minimum of 12 months learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the Supply Chain Operator (Traffic Office) occupational standard.

Achieved at least Level 1 English and Maths Qualifications.
Standards
Supply Chain Operators are primarily responsible for managing the movement of goods for a variety of customers across all sectors, and as such their customer base will range from large global organisations to sole traders and private customers in local areas, depending on their organisation.
