Earners of this badge have demonstrated competence as a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative based on the occupational standard published by IFATE. This includes applied knowledge of MHE safe driving and operating techniques, understanding warehouse systems, relevant regulations and legislation. Skills and behaviours demonstrated include operation/handling of equipment safely, using correct procedures to record receiving or stowing, technical skills, collaboration and problem-solving.

Successfully met the requirements of the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as a registered EPAO. The End-point Assessment consists of a Knowledge and Behaviour Test and Practical Assessment.

Completed a minimum of 12 months learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative occupational standard.

Achieved Level 1 English and Maths and took the test for Level 2 English and Maths.
Standards
Warehouse Operatives work in a variety of warehouse environments, activities include taking deliveries, checking for damaged/missing items, storing goods, moving stock by various methods, loading goods for dispatch, maintaining stock records and documentation. They are highly competent in using industry specific systems and associated services.
