Successfully met the requirements of the Information Communication Technician (Support) End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as a registered EPAO. The End-point Assessment consists of a Professional Discussion underpinned by a portfolio and a Project Report with questioning.

Completed a minimum of 18 months learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the Information Communication Technician (Support) occupational standard.

Achieved English and Mathematics at Level 2.
Standards
Information Communications Technicians make their contribution through the application of infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment and monitoring of infrastructure components. An Information Communications Technician (ICT) provides support to internal and/or external customers, by using tools or systems.
