Level 5 Digital Learning Designer
Earners of this badge have demonstrated competence as a Digital Learning Designer based on the occupational standard published by IFATE. This includes applied knowledge of digital content and platform types that may be used to facilitate or enhance learning, including learning management systems, interactive modules, videos, podcasts, user generated content and games. Skills and behaviours demonstrated include being reliable, objective, and capable of both independent and team working.

Successfully met the requirements of the Digital Learning Designer End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as the registered EPAO. The End-point assessment consists of a Professional Discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence, and a project with a product.

Completed a minimum of 24 months learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the Digital Learning Designer occupational standard.

Achieved at least Level 2 Maths and English Qualifications.

Digital learning designers are experts in adult learning and have specialist skills in educational technologies. They design and develop a range of products and initiatives, such as online courses, interactive multimedia, and virtual simulations, to address a wide range of educational and business needs.
