Earning Criteria

Successfully met the requirements of the Leader in Adult Care End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as a registered EPAO. The End-point Assessment consists of an Observation of leadership and a Professional discussion.

Completed a minimum of 18 months learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the Leader in Adult Care occupational standard.

Achieved Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Achieved Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.
Standards
A Leader in Adult Care is a leadership role with responsibility to manage community or residential based services. whether with other care workers and networks or in leading the service itself. They will be responsible for business development, financial control, organisation resilience and continuity. This incorporates managing risk and change.
