Successfully met the requirements of the Operations / Departmental Manager End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as a registered EPAO. The End-point Assessment consists of a Professional discussion, underpinned by a portfolio of evidence and a Project proposal with presentation and questioning.

Completed a minimum of 30 months of learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the Operations / Departmental Manager occupational standard.

Achieved Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.
Standards
An Operations or departmental manager manages teams and/or projects, to achieve operational and/or departmental goals and objectives. They work as part of a broader team to deliver the organisational strategy. They will create and deliver operational plans, manage projects and change, and plan financial and resource management.
