  • Earn the Lean Essentials credential.
  • Achieve an 80% pass rate on the Lean Cohort I - Intermediate Application Exam.
  • Participate in Lean simulations and case studies and obtain team based hands-on applications of Lean and Lean Problem Solving that can be applied in respective functional area.
  • Complete a comprehensive project demonstrating the application of Lean principles, systems and tools in respective business area.
  • Showcase a plan for implementation and application of Lean Problem Solving and A3 Thinking techniques to respective leadership within 8 weeks of program completion.
  • Prepare and present quantitative results of the implementation of Lean Problem Solving and A3 Thinking completion to respective leadership team once the Lean countermeasures are in place and results can be measured.
