Earning Criteria

Complete the 5 e-learning modules for the 10 core competencies expected of senior agents. (Grit, Action Oriented, Communicate Effectively, Listening, Customer Focus, Integrity and Trust, Approachability, Patience, Problem Solving, Conflict Management)

Complete the e-learning modules of 2 elective competencies. (How to interview, resume writing, boss relationships, composure, learning on the fly/nimble learning, peer relationships, technical learning/tech savvy)

Define, implement and make progress against two SMART action plans per month, for each Senior competency, throughout the 6-month period for a total of 12 action plans.

Participate in two monthly engagement events for competency debrief and action plan finalization.

Actively engage in weekly touch points with leader to evaluate progress, highlight achievements and alignment to SMART goals.
