Earning Criteria

• Demonstrate understanding of the details of how to install Pendo within your product, including differences you'll encounter on a single or multi-page application.
• Demonstrate knowledge of how to manage important subscription settings that will affect application security, data collection, test environments, and exclusions from analytics and guides.
• Demonstrate how Pendo metadata works, and how to pass new information to Pendo for use in segmentation & analytics.
• Demonstrate how to validate your Pendo subscription directly within your application, and how to confirm that events in your application are being captured by Pendo.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Pendo agent, version control of the agent, and the broader impact of agent settings.
• Demonstrate how to configure user settings for Pendo Insights & Guidance, as well as Pendo Feedback.
