You earn this badge by demonstrating Pendo product knowledge by participating in three standard activities. A long-form install review, homework assignments assessed by the instructor and a follow up Question and Answer session.

Earning Criteria

Demonstrate an understanding of what the Pendo Resource Center is, and how to launch and customize a Resource Center in Pendo.
Demonstrate knowledge of the different modules that are available within the Pendo Resource Center, including Announcements, Guide Lists, Onboarding Checklists, and Integrations.
Demonstrate an understanding of both native integrations available within the Pendo Resource Center, as well as the opportunity for custom integrations around live chat, help centers, etc.
Demonstrate how to use Global CSS as a fallback option for application styling.
Demonstrate an understanding of the capabilities of Pendo's APIs, including the Aggregations API, and how it can be used to extract data from Pendo.
Demonstrate an understanding of What webhooks are and when they should be used to trigger dependent events.
