Earners of the Lean Manufacturing and OSHA Administration badge have developed the skills necessary to measure manufacturing results, improve operations, and define safety practices in the workplace. They can identify and analyze the goals of lean manufacturing. They’ve learned techniques for efficient and effective manufacturing, including JIT, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
