The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the Workplace program introduces participants to the foundations of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, anti-racism in the workplace, and additional types of oppressions known as –isms and –phobias. Participants learn practical strategies to improve customer service through culturally competent communication. Participants will strengthen the skills and competencies needed to create an inclusive and welcoming work environment.

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the Workplace badge is awarded upon successful completion of five required modules and the successful passing of a final exam.
