Axelos ITIL Maturity Model assessors have demonstrated an ability to evaluate the maturity of an organization using ITIL® 4. This provides assessors with the basis to develop improvement plans for organizations’ service management. This individual has met the eligibility criteria for an Axelos ITIL Maturity Model assessor, has undertaken relevant training and has passed the requisite examination. The ITIL Maturity Model is aligned to the ITIL 4 best practice framework developed by Axelos.
