The Building Resilient Teams Certificate program focuses on understanding the fundamentals of team leadership, what it takes to build effective teams, and how having resilient teams can positively impact organizational outcomes. At the Trainer Level, you receive 21 hours of professional development credit. This certificate does not constitute the RBLP certification.

Earning Criteria

Participants need to complete a 7-week course that will focus on a variety of aspects related to team building. Participants need to engage in weekly sessions, and review all readings & videos in preparation for the lessons. Additionally, GSEP is an ATP for the RBLP certifications; the certificate can serve as test prep for those certifications. This certificate does not constitute the RBLP certification.
