Earners of the Certification in Applying Humanitarian Principles in Practice have demonstrated that they have an understanding of the core shared principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, and independence, how the principles relate to each other, and how they inform and guide decision-making in humanitarian action. Certificants have also demonstrated knowledge of key current challenges to principled humanitarian action.
