Earners will have gained basic fundamentals of mindfulness and meditative breathing, as well as how to apply these tools to: increase awareness of reactivity to thoughts and emotions; practice responding to situations and people with wise action; develop stronger compassion to self and others; and create a more resilient sense of being.
