Attend four (4) Sustainability Leader qualified trainings and/or development opportunities intended to introduce PPCC employees, within all roles of the college, to impactful sustainability thinking and practices

Articulate the value of sustainability practices learned within the sessions and describe the impact of implementing those practices at PPCC

Develop three (3) SMART goals for integrating sustainable concepts and/or practices into their current role
Standards
STARS is a transparent, self-reporting framework for colleges and universities to measure their sustainability performance. This badge is specifically aimed at advancing PPCC's efforts in regards to Campus Engagement through Staff Professional Development and Training, which further improves sustainable practices in all campus operations.
