This course is an introduction to Earned Value Analysis using Encore Analytics Empower™. Students learn basic and advanced earned value analysis techniques such as trend analysis and independent forecasting. Through hands-on exercises, students learn how to use Empower to support program performance analysis, as well as assess data quality using the included DCMA Earned Value Compliance Metrics (DECM).
