This course introduces students to building and maintaining a project schedule in Microsoft Project that will be part of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Students will learn best practices that align with the GAO Scheduling Guide, NDIA Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide, and meets basic requirements for submission on federal government contracts.
