Earning Criteria

Participate in a one-hour virtual program orientation session to discuss expectations, processes, and any questions pertaining to the program.

Participate in four half-day workshops on the following topics: 1. The problem-solving process/tools for framing a challenge. Participants commence work on a real-life challenge related to their department with feedback provided, 2. Structuring and ideation tools, with a progress check-in on their strategic challenge, 3. Structured presentation and pitching tools with a progress check-in on their strategic challenge. 4. Practice pitching with check-in and feedback on their strategic challenge.

Participate in an 8-hour, self-paced, interactive online module that introduces participants to a structured process and key tools and techniques for complex problem-solving and structured communication.

Participate in a strategic challenge project related to their department to explore concepts in real-time, defined together with a project sponsor. The program concludes with a presentation of the strategic challenge and feedback from the facilitator and a panel of executive sponsors.
