Earning Criteria

Attend three face-to-face learning modules centred around building leadership capabilities across 1. Self Leadership, 2. Team and Network Leadership and 3. Leading the JHG Business.

Attend four group coaching sessions to progress work on a strategic business challenge pertaining to the JHG business.

Complete an 8-hour, self-paced online module on the process, frameworks and tools for Structured Thinking and Problem-Solving.

Complete a strategic group report pertaining to a complex challenge with a business impact focus for JHG and pitch the project outcomes to the JHG Senior Leadership Team and UTS Faculty.
