Apply to and be accepted into the Postsecondary National Policy Institute’s Leadership Development Program (LDP). Participate in five experiential workshops including ones focused on effective meetings, team building, innovating on demand, and executive presence. Craft and deliver a meaningful leadership declaration. Learn and apply peer coaching methods.
