They can critically evaluate ability tests by understanding test construction, reliability and validity as it applies to ability tests, evaluate tests and test use practices for bias and fairness, understand and apply population statistics supporting test interpretation, and give oral and written feedback on ability test results to test takers and decision makers.

Submit a tutor marked worksheet at the end of each module demonstrating understanding of concepts, principles, theories or practices as appropriate.

Demonstrate competence in the end to end ability assessment process by: Using ability test results obtained in the Test Administration assignment undertaken in the foundation course (Podium Access Course), giving oral feedback to the test participant; submitting effectively modified computer generated reports, adding value to those reports by integrating information and evidence gained in the oral feedback process.
