They can critically evaluate personality assessments by understanding test construction, reliability and validity, evaluate personality assessment for bias and fairness, understand and apply population statistics supporting results interpretation, and give oral and written feedback on personality assessment results to test takers and decision makers.

Earning Criteria

Must have successfully completed the Podium Access Course (PAC) conferring eligibility for the EFPA BPS Assistant Test User Certificate. This Test User Personality Course is usually undertaken concurrently with Podium's EFPA BPS Test User Ability Course.
Submit a tutor marked worksheet at the end of each module demonstrating understanding of concepts, principles, theories or practices as appropriate.
Demonstrate competence in the end to end personality assessment process by: Using personality assessment results obtained in the Test Administration assignment undertaken in the foundation course (Podium Access Course), giving oral feedback to the participant; submitting effectively modified computer generated reports, adding value to those reports by integrating information and evidence gained in the oral feedback process.
Completion of the course qualifies the badge holder for the BPS Occupational Test User (Personality) Certificate
