At a Competent level, the organization's vast majority of staff have been trained and coached on PAC content and skills. There is a strong, Accomplished PAC Certified Independent Team in place that leads and guides staff, families, and those living with dementia. Proactive consulting and the six pieces of the puzzle are used to plan ahead and work through issues. With the guidance of PAC Certified Independent team members, staff and families use the GEMS States to create an inclusive community.
