A PAC Certified Independent Trainer helps others see dementia from the view of those living with it. They are trained to conduct education sessions in facilities or communities with up to 25 participants at a time, utilizing over six hours of scripted content. A PAC Certified Independent Trainer can help reduce staff turnover by equipping care partners with skills to do their job more effectively.

Earning Criteria

Successfully completed eight hours of Champion Courses, up to seven hours of pre-course work, a minimum of 12 hours of PAC Certification training, and all four one-on-one PAC Mentor follow-ups.
