Successfully completed Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Hiring and Inclusive Conversations online learning modules.
Demonstrated DE&I practical knowledge through hands-on experiences in the following focus areas: Interrupting Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Conversation Labs, Employee Resource Group Involvement, Get to Know Sessions and creating a DE&I Learning Plan for continued development.
Protégés were paired with a Mentor and received ongoing feedback to continuously develop throughout the program. Concluding the program, Protégés were assessed by their assigned Mentor for their final evaluation.
