Issued by Prince George's Community College

This badge is issued to students who successfully demonstrate knife safety, identify how knife cuts connect to recipes, practice proper sanitation, and demonstrate proper knife cuts. After completing this course, students will be able to perform proper knife cuts using proper techniques. To successfully complete the course, students must achieve 75% or higher on the skills assessment.
