Measuring Skills

Issued by Prince George's Community College

This badge is issued to students who successfully demonstrate proper kitchen measuring techniques. In this course students will be using scales, dry measuring and liquid measuring tools to measure various ingredients. Students will be able to identify proper measuring tools for specific recipe task. Students must score a 75% or better.
