The course objective is to provide qualified individuals with the additional training necessary to teach the Emergency First Response Primary Care CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation), Secondary Care (First Aid), CPR & AED (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator), and Care for Children courses.

Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include examinations, presentations, quizzes, performance rubrics/checklists, complete the EFR instructor course final exam and more with a minimum passing score of 75%.

Instructional strategies include: audio visual materials, laboratory, discussion, coaching/mentoring, practical exercises, learner presentations, lectures, classroom exercise.
